A Vicksburg man held in Jackson since his arrest on charges of attempting to utter a forgery after checks were stolen from a car in Vicksburg nearly a month ago was returned to the city Wednesday, police said.
Reginald Scott, 24, 922 Polk St., was charged by Vicksburg police at 10:48 a.m. Wednesday in the burglary on July 12 of an auto on First East Street in which checks were stolen, Vicksburg police Sgt.
