Vicksburg firefighter Lt. Donald Carter cleans up automobile fluids after a wreck on North Washington Street at Spouts Spring Road this morning. About 7:30, Latasha Michelle Smith, 27, 1002 Martin Luther King Drive, Hollandale, was northbound on North Washington Street when her 1998 Mercury Cougar and a 2004 Ford F-250 driven by Harrison Williams, 48, 206 Luster St., Edwards, collided as he turned south on North Washington from Spouts Spring, said Vicksburg police traffic investigator Jonathan Tillman. Smith was taken to River Region Medical Center, where her condition had not been determined, hospital spokesman Allen Karel said. Neither Williams nor his passenger, Kendrick Mack, 1253 Mosley Drive, Edwards, were injured. Williams was cited for misdemeanor traffic violations.
