Alijah M. Franklin, the infant son of Terry Franklin Jr. and ShaVaughn Wilson, both of Vicksburg, died Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011, at River Region Medical Center.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Vontavious Franklin of Vicksburg; a sister, Raven Thomas of Vicksburg; his paternal grandparents, Terry Franklin Sr. and Carolyn F. Franklin, both of Vicksburg; his maternal grandmother, Paula Wilson of Vicksburg; his maternal grandfather, Amos Sanders of Vicksburg; and aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the service.
