Sam Landers with the city Building Maintenance Department works on replacing one of four light fixtures on the Cherry Street railroad bridge between Belmont and West Pine streets Thursday. Vicksburg police blocked the road with a detour around the bridge on Drummond Street for Landers to complete the repairs.
