Faith Thomas had three triples and seven RBIs Thursday to lead Vicksburg High past Greenville-Weston, 17-4, in the first game of a Region 2-6A doubleheader in Greenville.

Tabitha Hayden and Victoria Lewis also had two hits apiece for the Missy Gators.

In game two, Hayden went 2-for-3 with three RBIs, Blake DeRossette doubled, tripled and drove in four runs as VHS completed the sweep with a 16-0 victory.

Kortni Newmand and Olivia Oaks each went 2-for-3 for Vicksburg.
