Services for Shirley J. Williams will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. Byron Maxwell officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Williams died Friday, Sept. 16, 2011, at River Region Medical Center. She was 62.

She was a dietary specialist and a member of Cool Spring M.B. Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Tommie Williams; and two sons, Andre Williams and Michael Williams.

She is survived by two daughters, Stephanie W. Jackson and Shannon Williams, both of Vicksburg; her mother, Marie Williams of Vicksburg; three brothers, James Williams of Detroit, Eddie Williams of Utica and Arthur Humes of Chicago; eight sisters, Sylvia Collins, Betty Williams, Elizabeth Riley, Julia Dunbar, Linda Conner and Georgia Donerson, all of Vicksburg, Ruby Smith of Maryland and Doris Brown of Indiana; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
