The Vicksburg Board of Architectural Review Tuesday approved a request to enclose part of the front porch and expand the driveway at a house at 610 Speed St.

City strategic planner Paula Wright said Mannie Brown, the homeowner, wants to enclose the porch to add a bathroom, and expand the driveway to give his tenant off-street parking. She said the driveway plans must also be approved by the city engineering department.
