Three guilty in Circuit Court

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Rusty Campbell, 48, 133 Hyman St., Amarillo, Texas, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to 21 days in jail followed by five years of unsupervised probation, plus a $5,000 fine and $622.50 in court costs. Campbell was arrested Aug. 31, 2009 for possession of paraphernalia and methamphetamine.

• Frank Edward McClendon, 34, 3615 Security St., was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to the Mississippi Department of Corrections Restitution Center at Hinds or Jackson county to pay $3,570 in fines, fees and court costs. McClendon will remain on probation until space at the restitution center is available, and he will be released from probation when he completes the payment. He was originally sentenced Dec. 12, 2005 for sale of cocaine.

• Michael Levon Parker, 27, 40 Ironwood Drive, pleaded guilty to fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer and was sentenced by Patrick to the Ninth Circuit Court Drug Court Program for a period not to exceed five years, plus a $5,000 fine and $1,297.50 in fees and costs. Parker was arrested Dec. 18.
