UTICA — Services for James Harper will be at noon Saturday at Westhaven Memorial Funeral Home in Utica with the Rev. Johnny Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Rohelia Cemetery in Utica. Visitation will be today from 9:30 until 6.

James Harper died Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011, at his home. He was 60.
