I heartily agree with the editorial “CONGRESS” in the Nov. 27 issue of The Vicksburg Post.

The Congress of the United States has become a farce! As I stated earlier to a representative from Sen. Thad Cochran’s office, if Congress worked in private industry they’d long since have been fired. You don’t submit budgets long after the fiscal year has started or ended — you do it prior to its beginning.

It’s time for a change.
