A Warren County woman was in jail this morning, accused of shooting her live-in boyfriend in the face with a paint-ball gun, Sheriff Martin Pace said.
Victoria Mastin, 18, 4770 Oak Ridge Road, was charged with aggravated domestic violence, Pace said. The two had argued and were on foot near Oak Ridge and Villanova roads, he said.
The man was first treated at River Region Medical Center before being transferred by ambulance to University Medical Center, Pace said. He was treated and released, UMC spokesman Peggy Wagner said.
Mastin was in the Warren County Jail without bond pending an initial hearing
