Mr. LaGrone, Miss Sanders are married at First Baptist Church

Thomas “Anthony” LaGrone and Emily Renae Sanders were married at 4 p.m. Oct. 8, 2011, at First Baptist Church. Dr. Matt Buckles officiated at the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Karen C. Sanders of Vicksburg and Mackie Pearson of Columbia, Miss. She is the granddaughter of Don and Grace Ford and the late Williard Sanders, all of Vicksburg; Malcolm and Lou Pearson of Purvis; and the late Levonia Vaughn of Carriere.
The groom is the son of Jerry R. and Toni Dickerson of Vicksburg and Bruce LaGrone of Tuscaloosa, Ala. He is the grandson of Tom O. and Joyce Logue of Ridgeland and the late Marjorie Montgomery of Vicksburg.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride’s chosen colors were ivory, charcoal gray and pink. Music was presented by Denice Poe, pianist.
Bridesmaids were Katie Maynord and Amy Crouse, both of Vicksburg.
Alan LaGrone served as best man. Groomsmen were Jeffrey Dickerson and the late Jake Foster, both of Vicksburg.
Ushers were Clint Sanders of Vicksburg and John Dever of Hattiesburg.
Flower girl was Madison Heigle, daughter of the bride, of Vicksburg. Ring bearer was Dalton Nowell Jr. of Vicksburg.
Haley Sanders of Vicksburg served as program attendant. Scripture reader was Michael Jones of Vicksburg.
A reception followed at Unique Banquet Hall.
For a wedding trip, the couple traveled to Gulf Shores, Ala. They will make their home in Vicksburg, where the bride is assistant manager at Reebok at Outlets at Vicksburg and the groom is an electrician for Wesley B. Jones Electrical Inc.

Courtney Tuminello, Amy Crouse, Katie Maynord and Kayla Nevels honored the bride with a miscellaneous shower at Vicksburg Stone.
The bride was honored with a home shower hosted by Karen C. Sanders, Beth Parker and Angela Cotton at the Sanders home.
