A Vicksburg woman faces conspiracy charges in the theft of a cell phone and change from a man at the Landings Apartments, 501 Fairways Drive, Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said.

Megan Stauts, 18, 409 Lakeside Drive, conspired with two men to lure the victim to the apartment complex for the robbery at 10:10 Tuesday night, Pace said. She was arrested by deputies at about 4 this morning and was being held without bond in the Warren County Jail pending an initial appearance in justice court. The two men remained at large, Pace said.

He said the victim knew Stauts, who asked him to meet her in a back parking lot of the complex. When the man drove to the apartment complex the two men approached the car and claimed to have a weapon, ordered the driver from the car and searched it. He said Stauts ran off as the men approached.
