Ralph William Stevens died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, at Promise Specialty. He was 83.

Mr. Stevens was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel William and Allie Smith Stevens.

Survivors include his wife, Velma G. Stevens; five sons, Ralph William Stevens Jr., Anthony Joey Stevens and Ricky Wayne Stevens, all of Vicksburg, Roger Willis Stevens of Utica and Larry Lavon Stevens of Riverside, Calif.; two daughters, Diane Elaine Davis of Conway, S.C., and Velma Jean Powell of Pearl; two sisters, Virginia Alice Stanley of Conway and Gail Sandra Lamb of Loris, S.C.; a brother, Edward Dewey Stevens of Aynor, S.C.; 16 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home with the Rev. Ron Burch officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday from 1 p.m. until the service.
