Jerry W. Pettway, 46, died Friday, Jan. 27, 2012, at River Region Medical Center.

Mr. Pettway was a native and lifelong resident of Vicksburg. He attended Warren Central High School. He was disabled from early childhood.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Earl Pettway.

Survivors include his daughter, Casey Ann Pettway of Vicksburg; his mother, Gertrude Pettway of Vicksburg; brothers, Robert Earl Pettway and Stacy L. Pettway, both of Vicksburg; a granddaughter, Jayda Katherine Pettway of Vicksburg; and a number of other relatives.

A memorial service by Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home will be at a later date.
