Agape Montessori
• Kim Carson’s class made a horse tail, yarn hair and hats after a study of Homer Horse. After reading “The Mitten,” students made a mitten craft. Adrian Harris was named Student of the Week.
• As part of a study of body parts and hygiene, Reece Johnson’s students made Q-Tip skeletons and a collage. Aerin Vinzant was named Student of the Week.
• Tina Sowell’s students worked puzzles, sang songs and read stories about South and Central America as part of a geography study. Anthony McCloud was named Student of the Week.
• Four-year-olds, kindergartners and grades 1-3 visited the Mississippi Children’s Museum, where they participated in a snow craft project.
