Fitness instructor and personal trainer Seora Casper teaches fourth-graders, including Jillian Hearn, left, of South Park Elementary School and daughter of Jeanine and Anthony Hearn, and Grace Ross, center, of Redwood Elementary School and daughter of John and Jennifer Ross, how to perform an African dance called Lamban. Casper gave the lessons Friday morning at the Vicksburg Convention Center and Auditorium and said Lamban originates from Senegal, Mali and Guinea.
