CLINTON — Vicki Barron Morgan died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012, in Martin, Tenn. She was 51.

Mrs. Morgan was born in McComb and had lived in Clinton for 12 years. She received an engineering degree from Mississippi State University and was an electrical engineer for Entergy for 25 years. She was a member of Morrison Heights Baptist Church, where she was in the celebration choir and involved in children’s ministries.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Avery Morgan, formerly of Vicksburg; and a son, Dustin Ryan Morgan.

She is survived by three daughters, Melissa Morgan, Andrea Morgan and Shannon Morgan, all of Clinton; two sisters, Cindy Rogers of Memphis and Gwen Scarborough of Dresden, Tenn.; and her parents, Ottis and Rhelda Barron of Martin.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Morrison Heights Baptist Church. Burial will be at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Lakewood Funeral Home in Clinton. Visitation will be at the church from 11:30 a.m. Monday until the service.
