Donald Finney, Jr. winces in pain as he is extricated from his vehicle after a two car crash on Thursday morning on Highway 27 at Beechwood Elementary School. Finney Jr., driving a 2004 Saturn Vue with his daughter Meghan, 3, in the back seat, was pulling out onto Highway 27 at Beechwood when the driver side of his vehicle was hit by a 1999 Toyota Avalon being driven south on Highway 27 by Annie Mae Wilson. Finney, Jr., after being extricated from the vehicle, was transported to River Region and later transferred to University of Mississippi Medical Center, condition unknown.
