WOODLAWN, Va. — Harriet D. Trausneck of Woodlawn, Va., died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, at Twin County Regional Hospital. She was 94.

Mrs. Trausneck was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert R. Trausneck; parents, Albert F. and Harriet Bjorkman Dietz; granddaughter, Janette M. Cutting; and brother, William B. Dietz.

She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Orr of Vicksburg; a son, Donald A. Trausneck of Woodlawn; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Woodlawn United Methodist Church with Rev. Gloria Rhudy officiating. Visitation will be today, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the church. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
