In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
Ronald Dewayne Bailey Jr., 16, 320 Fisher Ferry Road, pleaded guilty to robbery and aggravated assault and was sentenced by Judge M. James Chaney to 10 years in prison followed by five years probation, a fine of $2,000, $$639.45 restitution and $322.50 in costs. Bailey was indicted in May.
• Sherry Ranae Balthrop, 41, 200 Enchanted Drive, pleaded guilty to sale of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, a fine of $1,500 and $997.50 in costs. Balthrop was indicted May 31.
• Eto Moore, 33, 1306 E. Magnolia St., pleaded guilty to violating probation, receiving stolen property and two counts of sale of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Chaney to 17 years in prison followed by 18 years probation, fines totaling $10,500, a $1,567.50 in costs. Moore received five-year sentences for each count of sale of a controlled substance and violating probation. He received a three-year sentence for receiving stolen property. The sentences are to run concurrently. More was arrested Jan. 12.
• Aleric Powell, 17, 144 Elizabeth Circle, pleaded guilty to grand larceny and two counts of burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Chaney to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, fines totaling $1,500, $825 restitution and $1,323 in costs. Powell was arrested June 16.
• Jason Kyle Skinner, 19, 310 Dogwood Lane, pleaded guilty to attempted burglary and was sentenced by Patrick to three years in prison followed by five years probation, a fine of $5,000, $322 restitution and $322.50 in costs. Skinner was indicted April 24.
• Carlton Dewayne Thomas, 34, 1816 Martin Luthur King Jr. Blvd., pleaded guilty to sale of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Patrick to seven years in prison followed by fives years probation, a fine of $2,500 and $622.50 in costs. Thomas was indicted July 26.
