Vicksburg resident Foster Ellis Sr. speaks with Vicksburg Police officer Burt Ryan after a two-car wreck on North Washington Street this morning just south of Haining Road. Ellis, 76, of 212 Sherman Ave., was pulling out from a gas station onto North Washington around 7:07, when his car was hit by one driven by Juanita Wilder, 54, of 3784 N, Washington, who was southbound, Ryan said. Neither was injured.
