A Warren County couple accused in a statutory rape on Easter were held without bail this morning.

Michael Henderson, 31, who gave police multiple addresses on Gibson Road, is accused of statutory rape of a child under the age of 14, Sheriff Martin Pace said. Angel Haggan, 29, who lives with Henderson, is accused of felony contributing to the danger of a child for not reporting the abuse, Pace said.

“She harbored this information,” Pace said.

Both were arrested at the sheriff’s office by Investigator Stacey Rollison, Pace said.

The abuse, which happened Sunday, was reported Tuesday, Pace said.

Haggan and Henderson were set to make their initial court appearance today.
