MADISON — Katherine Faulkner Farish of Madison died Tuesday, April 17, 2012, in Jackson. She was 43.

A native of Jackson, Mrs. Farish graduated from Murrah High School and the University of Southern Mississippi. She was employed with the Social Security Administration, serving in the Hattiesburg, Vicksburg and Jackson offices.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Farish of Madison; a son, Andrew Shelton Lott of Madison; and her parents, Don and Bettye Faulkner of Madison.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Chapel of Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home, 1161 Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight, and from 10 a.m. Friday until the service.
