HOLLY SPRINGS — Rickey Terrell Brown Jr. died Sunday, May 20, 2012, at Sharkey-Issaquena Hospital. He was 27.

Formerly of Mayersville, Mr. Brown was a Holly Springs resident.

He is survived by a son, Da’Corrion Parker of Jackson; a daughter, Jakayla King of Grace; his mother, Pearlie Cooper of Holly Springs; his father, Rickey Brown Sr. of Jackson; one sister, Tekeyla Warfield of Holly Springs; and one brother, Jeffery Cooper of Holly Springs.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Moon Lake M.B. Church in Mayersville with Larry Williams officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter Cemetery in Mayersville under the direction of Walker Funeral Home of Rolling Fork. Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. Saturday until the service.
