I have noticed that the local cab or shuttle service doesn’t work nights with the exception of the Executive Cab Company. Now from my understanding the city took Executive Cab company through all kinds of changes making sure they went by the law to put their vehicles on the streets. Well, what about those other companies? The same rule does not apply and why not? Also what type of liability insurance do these other services have?
