Admission to Vicksburg National Military Park will be free Saturday as part of National Get Outdoors Day.

Throughout the day, interpretive walks will be held in the park and at Pemberton Headquarters, 1018 Crawford St.

National Get Outdoors Day is a national park program aimed at reaching under-served populations and first-time visitors to public lands.
