Three convictions of driving under the influence were reported for the week ending Tuesday.

Convicted of DUI, first offense, in Vicksburg Municipal court:

• Charles Anthony Upshire, 44, 217 Hartly Road, was fined $775.

In Warren County Justice Court:

• Fredrick D. Payne, 25, 270 Calista Road, was convicted of DUI, other substances, and fined $577.

• Willie Wells, 60, 1708½ Jackson St., was found guilty of DUI, first offense, and fined $677.

No convictions were reported in Warren County Court.
