Services for Jerlone Brown will be at noon Saturday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Joseph Briscoe officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Mr. Brown died Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at University Medical Center. He was 63.

He retired from Anderson-Tully lumber mill and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Brown and Annie Nichols Brown.

He is survived by his wife, Katheryne Brown of Vicksburg; three sons, Jerlone Brown Jr. and Tony Brown, both of Fayette, and Stanley Brown of Tylertown; four daughters, Debra Brown and Jacqueline Brown, both of Port Gibson, Jerlyn Brown of Natchez and Catrina Brown of Vicksburg; two brothers, Jessie Coleman of Detroit and James Brown Jr. of Fayette; a sister, Carrie Parker of Fayette; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
