UTICA — Felecia Anne Luster of Utica died Tuesday, June 12, at University Medical Center in Jackson. She was 40.

Ms. Luster had worked in the gastroenterology department at University Medical Center. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and Delta Sigma Theta sorority.
