3 plead guilty, 1 found guilty

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
• Demetrius Ford, 24, 780 U.S. 61 North, Apt. B9, pleaded guilty to identity theft and uttering forgery and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to three years in prison, a $1,000 fine, $196.48 restitution and $322.5 in costs. Ford was indicted in May.
• Ricardo Mendoza, 24, 3105 Lia Hills Drive, Norcross, Ga., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to two years in prison followed by three years’ probation, a $2,000 fine and $622.50 in costs. Mendoza was indicted in May.
• De’Berra Smith, 18, 121 Lee Circle, pleaded guilty to attempted burglary and was sentenced by Chaney to one year in prison followed by five years’ probation, $300 restitution and $322.50 in costs. Smith was indicted in January.
• Kenya Kwayne Stevens, 19, 1421 High St., was found guilty of violating probation for a May 2011 conviction of burglary and sentenced by Chaney to Hinds, Jackson or Leflore County Restitution Centers until delinquent fines are paid followed by the remainder of five years’ probation. Stevens was indicted in May 2011.
