Paul Dewayne Rouse, age 53, died Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at River Region Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 14, 2012, at Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Fields officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until the hour of the service.

Mr. Rouse was born in Bastrop, La., and had lived in Vicksburg for most of his life. He worked as a forestry technician. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Carmen F. Rouse of Vicksburg; his daughters, Amanda Williams and Crystal Rouse of Vicksburg; his mother and father, Kathleen C. Rouse and Leonard W. Rouse of Vicksburg; his sister, Gloria Culkin of Vicksburg; his brothers, Danny Rouse and Mike Rouse of Vicksburg; and his grandchildren, Tanner Culbertson, Alexander Lawson, Carley Williams and Carson Rouse, all of Vicksburg.

Pallbearers will be Hugh Guest, Mike Brown, Gene Rouse, Justin Rouse, Tim Christmas and Steve Sones.

Honorary pallbearer will be Mike Fox.
