I am writing concerning an incident July 18. On the northbound lane of Oak Ridge Road, near the driveway of the Rutland property, was a white garbage bag of half-grown dead kittens.

It’s scary to think one lives in a community with a mental problem of cruelty, hatred and total indifference for animals.

Be kind to animals. It is not macho to do what was done to these helpless kittens.
