Prayers requested

Crossroads Pro-Life walkers need your prayers. This is a group of students from more than 35 colleges and universities.

There are four walks this summer from all denominations through Saturday. The walks start from Seattle, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles and end in Washington, D.C. These walks are to build a “Culture of Life” in America and help change hearts and minds through peaceful and prayerful pro-life witness.

St. Michael Catholic Church of Vicksburg hosted six boys, four girls and one priest this summer. These students are truly dedicated to saving lives.

One of the walkers, Andrew Moore, 20, of California, had been killed while walking. This was not our walkers who had come through Vicksburg, but he truly was a brother of all of them.

Andrew’s parents made a statement that they did not blame anyone. Andrew has a very devoted family. Sadly and with compassion and love I ask for your prayers for Andrew, his family and for his extended family, the Crossroads Walkers. Andrew Moore was an example of a true martyr for he gave his life for a worthy cause so that others may live. May God bless all of you and the Crossroads Walkers for sacrificing their lives so that others may live.
