UTICA — Nina “Susie” Brister of Utica died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012. She was 54.

Mrs. Brister was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Mandolini; and her mother, Maxine Friddle Mandolini.

Survivors include her husband, Ray B. Brister of Utica; two daughters, Spring Stevens of South Bend, Ind., and Kristina Granger of Pine Prairie, La.; one son, Richard Andrew Miller of Vicksburg; a brother, Bozo Mandolini of Vicksburg; six grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Faith Baptist Church in Utica with the Rev. Allen Balliet officiating. Burial will be at Faith Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the church from noon Thursday until the service.

Pallbearers will be Bozo Mandolini, Deveon Brister, Blue Brister, Hunter Granger, Rickie Brister and William Brister.
