The Vicksburg Orchestral Society and the Southern Cultural Heritage Center have planned a “Halloween Spooktacular” Oct. 30 at 7 p.m. in the SCHC Auditorium. The free event includes Halloween-themed music, a costume contest for adults and children during the intermission and treats following the concert.
