Two hours later, Fredrick Hill, 32, 1114 Second North St., shot out the rear window of his girlfriend’s 1998 Suburban in the 1200 block of Second North, Stewart said.

Hill was on the lam today, Stewart said.

Anyone with information on the first shooting or Hill’s whereabouts should call Vicksburg Police at 601-636-2511 or Central Mississippi Crime Stoppers at 601-355-8477, Stewart said.

Calls to Crime Stoppers remain anonymous, and callers do not have to testify in court.
