In Vicksburg this morning, Jerrel Cooper, chief of maintenance at the Vicksburg National Military Park, and rangers post more than 100 American flags near the park entrance on Clay Street this morning in honor of Tuesday’s anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
