Two private subdivision roads off Lee Road are under consideration for adoption by Warren County.

Ronnie Taylor of Taylor Construction and Development, which built Littlewood Subdivision, and Richard Cowart of Richard Cowart Inc., developers of Twin Creeks subdivision, met with the Board of Supervisors Monday to ask that the roads be accepted for county maintenance.

Both developments are off Lee Road.

In Littlewood, at issue is a section of low-lying Madison Ridge Road next to a pond. Supervisors said they feared a heavy truck could cause the side of the road to collapse near the pond.
