Preston and Shasta Clark of Natchez announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Rendy Carol, to Ethan McCord Foster. Mr. Foster is the son of Bobby and Helen Foster of Natchez.

Miss Clark is the granddaughter of Marilyn Robinson Booth and the late Hulon Robinson, both of Mize, and the late Earl and June Clark of Vicksburg.

Mr. Foster is the grandson of Lolita Foster Lewis and the late Gene Foster and Clara Cater and the late David E. Cater, all of Natchez.

The bride-elect is a 2010 honor graduate of Natchez High School. She attended Jones County Junior College in Ellisville and is a 2012 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Natchez.

Miss Clark is employed by The Briars Bed & Breakfast in Natchez.

The prospective groom is a 2009 graduate of Natchez High School.

Mr. Foster is employed by Jeremy James Trucking of Vidalia, La.

The wedding will be at 5 p.m. Oct. 27, 2012, at The Briars Bed & Breakfast. A reception will follow at Briarvue. Formal invitations are being sent to out-of-town guests only.
