Last week I went to see “Last Ounce of Courage,” a movie about God, country, freedom and courage.

America has been on a downward spiral of moral decay for years when the government, radical people and organizations took God and prayer out of it.

Americans should have been outraged then, but weren’t. We turned our backs on God, a horrible choice. Now they want our freedoms including religious freedoms taken away, they balk at abiding by the Constitution, the president has disrespected our flag by degrading it, he apologizes for America everywhere, America is in a deep financial decline, America and Israel are hated by many foreign countries. There is no leadership in Washington.

America cannot survive in the direction it’s headed. It’s time for Americans to ask, “Will we take a stand or will we let America die?” Where is our patriotism? Christians rely on God and prayer, but we cannot sit behind the walls of the church crying out for God to help us unless we are willing to put action behind our prayers.

If we love the freedoms that our forefathers fought and died for then we must preserve them. An excellent place to start is in the voting booth.

The Democratic platform supports same-sex marriage, wants women to be supplied with contraceptives while taxpayers pay for their sinful lifestyles, wants women to have abortions at taxpayers’ expense with no regard to life, and they left God out.

After three recall votes they put God back in, but you have to wonder did they want God in or out. I will vote Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan on Nov. 6, and encourage others to do so. A vote for Barack Obama and Joe Biden is a vote for sin according to the Bible.

Do you have one “last ounce of courage” to vote God, country and freedom? Or will you slap God in the face and vote the sinful way and send our country down the road of ruination it’s been on for the last several years? It’s your choice.
