Road problems

I feel for these two developers who made lots of money developing these two subdivisions and building hundreds of homes in each one. I’m sure they had no idea that the roads in each subdivision in a few years would need repairs. Sure enough, here it is and the roads have years of wear and tear on them. You can bet your house and your car, that the homeowners will be having meetings with the supervisors demanding it’s time for the streets in the subdivision to be recapped. Just wondering, is two years a good guess?
I feel for the people who live in these two subdivisions, but before I feel too sorry for them and the supervisors, they need to travel the roads from Redwood Elementary School to Culkin Road. Families and children on school buses going to and from school have to travel these roads every day. If the supervisors had to travel Oak Ridge Road, they would know where their efforts and money should go to keep roads safe for families and especially school buses with kids on them.
I’m going to agree with Supervisor William Banks — do it for one, do it for all.
Anyway, don’t public roads usually have 18-wheelers and buses traveling on them and not just taking people home after work?
I’m really interested in what the supervisors intend to do.
