PLAQUEMINE, La. — Daryl Wilson “Boo” Williams Sr. died Friday, Oct. 12, 2012.

Mr. Williams was a native of Plaquemine, La. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served in Vietnam. He was a member of United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners Local No. 303 in Vicksburg.

He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Wesley Williams Jr.; a sister, Mary Elizabeth Williams Reese; maternal grandparents, Judson Eugene and Mary Ethyl Peters Martin; and paternal grandparents, Walter Wesley Sr. and Mary Winnie Bunch Williams.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Louise Martin Williams; a daughter, Amanda Williams; a son, Daryl Wilson “D.W.” Williams Jr.; a sister, Sallie Williams LeBlanc; a brother, Walter Wesley Williams III; a brother-in-law, James Richard “Rickie” LeBlanc Jr.; a sister-in-law, Paula Tullier Williams; one granddaughter, Gracie Elizabeth Samuella Williams; and nieces and nephews, Weston and Ashlee Williams, and Henry, Mary and William LeBlanc.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Wilbert Funeral Home in Plaquemine with Mike Hebert officiating. Burial will follow at Grace Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Wesley, D.W. and Weston Williams and Rickie, Henry and William LeBlanc.

Honorary pallbearers will be Amanda Williams, Brian McGraw, Ashlee Williams and Mary LeBlanc.
