Mark B. and Kelsi Holman McCool announce the birth of an 8-pound son, William Paul, on Sept. 16, 2012, at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula in Monterey, Calif.

Grandparents are Larry and Kay Holman of Vicksburg, Dwayne and Kathy Overstreet of Laurel and Mark and Linda McCool of Waynesboro.
