Warren County Sheriff’s Deputy Ralph W. Comans, Vicksburg Fire Lt. Charles Harris and Vicksburg Police Sgt. Milton Moore receive Officer/Fireperson of the Year awards Thursday during the 30th Annual Vicksburg Homecoming Benevolent Club Officer/Fireperson of the Year Banquet at American Legion Hut.
