Rosalyn Frances Guilbert

Rosalyn Frances Guilbert of Vicksburg died Monday, March 10, 2014, at Vicksburg Convalescent Home. She was 95.
Mrs. Guilbert was a member of Bowmar Avenue Baptist Church where she served as church organist, retiring in 1983 with 30 years of service.  She also taught a pre-school Sunday school class for more than 47 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Buckner Guilbert, and her parents, Mark and Marjorie Barnhart Key.
Survivors include a daughter, Madelyn Stubbs of Vicksburg; a son, Tommy Guilbert of Richardson, Texas; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2014, at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home with the Rev. Terry White of Crossway Church officiating. Burial will follow at GreenLawn Gardens Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be John Guilbert, Brandon Guilbert, Alex Curtis, Wren Way, Stan Kraemer and Jay Kraemer.
The family requests memorials be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of MS, 196 Charmant Place, Ridgeland, MS 39157.
