LONGVIEW, Texas — Dorothy B. Vasquez, 77, a former longtime resident of Vicksburg, quietly slipped from her earthly body to be with her Lord and Savior on the evening of Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Good Shepherd in Longview with her family at her side.
Mrs. Vasquez is survived by her husband, Mr. V.A. (Val) Vasquez, and three daughters, Mrs. Douglas G. Foster (Carmen Vasquez), Mrs. Brad Lawson (Pam Vasquez), Mrs. Kevin Clark (Linda Vasquez); along with her grandchildren, Lindsey and Aaron Pearson, Preston and Kayla Lawson, Katherine Lawson, Jordan and Andrea Clark, Kaitlin Clark, and Chandler Clark.
The family will hold a private service.
In lieu of flowers in memory of Mrs. Vasquez, beloved wife and mother, please send a contribution in any amount made to Union Grove Baptist Church, 2107 Sanders St., Gladewater, TX 75647.
