A Vicksburg man accused of stealing lawn equipment is in the Issaquena County Jail without bond this morning.

At 11:15 a.m., Willie Gene Qualls Jr., 40, who lives on Martin Luther Kind Boulevard, was arrested at his home on a warrant and charged with grand larceny after he took some lawn equipment valued at $1,250 from a residence in the 700 block of Longview Street on March 24, said Vicksburg Police Lt. Troy Kimble.

No bond is set.
