Textron Business Credit Inc. transferred the deed to the property to Home Loan Investment Bank FSB in 2011, ads show.

In December, owners of the day care, activity center and frequent party venue for chil

dren moved the business to 1837 Cherry St., across from Fisher Funeral Home.

All goods owned by the business inside the building will be sold, including all machinery and equipment. The goods will stay on the property through the time of sale. Inspections of the inventory left on site may arranged by contacting J. Mark Franklin, the substitute trustee of the property, at 601-572-8778.

Built in 1985, the building originally housed Little People Day Care. Planet 4 Kidz opened at the site in 2000, according to city directories.
