James Denver Ainsworth Sr.

James Denver Ainsworth Sr. died Saturday, May 17, 2014, in Vicksburg. He was 59.

Born in Adams County on Dec. 9, 1954, he lived in Vicksburg for 10 years.  He was a member of the Army National Guard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Havie Ainsworth and Frances Lambert Ainsworth.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Ainsworth of Vicksburg; two sons, James Ainsworth Jr. of Vicksburg and Michael D. Jeandron of Benton; daughter, Cynthia Jeandron of Vicksburg; five brothers, Owen Ainsworth Jr. of Crystal Springs, and Ralph Lambert, Joe Ainsworth, Ray Ainsworth, and Donald Ainsworth, all of Natchez; 11 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. James VanEtten officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from noon until the hour of the service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Heath Pickering, Erick Pickering, Everett Roberts, Emery Irwin, Charles Johnson and Philip Collins.  Honorary pallbearers will be Timothy Rials and Kennyatta Jeandron.
